When do I start opening it?
Door number 1 opens on the 1st of December, then one door every day until Christmas Eve. It is a countdown, so it is best in their hands before the 1st.
Will it arrive before December?
Orders leave the warehouse in 1 to 3 business days and arrive 7 to 14 business days after that, with free tracking. The earlier you order, the more doors they get to open. Cutting it close? Message us through our contact page or text +1 833 709 6283 before you order and we will tell you honestly.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes. Shipping is free and tracked worldwide. Depending on where you live, your country may charge import taxes on arrival.
Can I buy more than one?
Yes, and each one gets cheaper: $44.99 each for two, $42.49 each for three and $39.99 each for four. Perfect for a team, a crew or a Secret Santa.
What if it arrives damaged?
Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we replace it or refund it, free. Message us through our contact page or text +1 833 709 6283.
