These terms apply when you use salonadvent.store or buy from Salon Advent ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.
Products
We do our best to show our products accurately. Colors on screen can vary slightly, and some photos show the calendar styled for effect. The surprises behind each door are a themed selection and can vary from the photos.
Safe use
- Keep the packaging away from small children and pets.
- Open each door by hand, gently, from the perforated edge.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and can change at any time before you order. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider, Whop. Your bank may charge a currency conversion fee. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a price was shown in error, a product is unavailable, or we suspect fraud.
Bundles and delivery dates
Bundle prices are the ones shown on the store when you order. Any delivery estimate for Christmas is our best advice, not a guaranteed delivery date.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our shipping policy, and returns and refunds by our refund policy. Both form part of these terms.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes those guarantees, or any other consumer rights you have by law where you live.
Intellectual property
The Salon Advent name, logo, words and images on this store belong to us or the people who licensed them to us. Please do not copy them without permission.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. If you are a consumer outside Australia, you also keep any protections the law where you live gives you.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version shown when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
